Who is Mhodzi?
Mhodzi is a brand from Grácia Sofia's atelier in Braga (north of Portugal). It uses surplus textiles on its handcrafted creations to give them a new life and meaning. Mhodzi means seed and represents growth and renewal. Our mission is to transform what already exists.
Do you have physical stores?
Our brand is sold exclusively online.
Can I try before I buy?
Even though we don't have physical stores, you can book an appointment and visit our atelier in Braga to see Mhodzi's pieces before ordering them.
Are your products in stock?
We have all the components ready, but we only finish the pieces when the order is placed and paid for. That way we can assure it is perfectly made for you. Also, that is what makes every ring, bracelet, necklace and earring unique!
How can I place an order?
Visit our website and browse for your favorite items. Add them to your cart, proceed to checkout and finish your order. All you have to do now is wait for your new exclusive Mhodzi piece to arrive at your doorstep!
What payment methods are available?
We have 4 payment methods available: PayPal and Credit Card, accepted worldwide. Multibanco Reference and MBWay, available only in Portugal.
What are the delivery options?
For Portugal and Spain we ship via DPD (1-2 working days). For all other locations your order will be sent via UPS (3-5 working days) .
You can also choose to pickup your order at our atelier in Braga.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to return it. All you have to do is send us an email to info@mhodzi.com with your order number, so we can email you the shipping note to accompany the package.The returned product must arrive without signs of use or damage and in its original packaging. Otherwise we will not be able to accept the return.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all Schengen countries and Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Ireland, Monaco, Romania, Serbia, United Kingdom and Ukraine.
How are Mhodzi's pieces made?
All our pieces are handmade by our women artisans, using surplus fabrics from textile factories.
The recycled porcelain details are from an amazing business partner. In every product page you find detailed information about each of Mhodzi's pieces.
Which institution is supported by Mhodzi?
Giving back is part of our purpose and care for people. So, 2% of all our sales are donated to Instituto Monsenhor Airosa in Braga, a non-profit organization that helps children, young people, and the elderly.
